I read the "dear me.txt" in your dm3 zip...Read mes like that encourage others to mod themes and upload to custo sites. Your lack of enthusiasm and banter about not asking for this or that really says you shouldn't mod or produce themes.

I encourage everyone who wants to, to mod dm3, upload it to any site they please because little jerks like you do not deserves any rights to such a nice theme.
